Evil Jack Clone?

An example of Bad Twin syndrome? Or an actual twin? Or a clone, or some other such weirdness. I don't know, but it's somewhat striking. Phone Man (from Antarctica at the very end of the finale) also has a couple of Jack's little quirky facial mannerisms. There is an actor listed for the part, however, and most of the people I've talked to agree it's a different person. Still, more than a few have commented on this. Make your own calls...
